WHAT WE'RE ALL ABOUT

The vision for this event was birthed in 2020 when we had to make a last-minute pivot from our planned in-person Crochetpreneur Business Retreat to a virtual event.

That 2-day virtual event was such a success that, in 2021, we transformed it into a full-scale summit featuring over 20 expert speakers. 

Since then, the Crochet Business Summit has grown into an annual event, having welcomed over 35,000 attendees to learn, connect, and grow their crochet businesses.

Many of our past speakers have earned over $1,000 simply by using our ready-made marketing materials to share on social media and through their email lists. It’s an easy and rewarding way to grow your influence and your income!

If the summit is free, how will you make money?

The Crochet Business Summit is free to attend, but attendees have the option to upgrade their experience. After securing their free ticket, they can choose to purchase from two tiers of upsells: The All-Access Pass (summit session replays and transcripts) or the Crochet Biz Power Bundle (everything in the All-Access Pass plus small-group live summit networking, coaching, and co-working sessions and additional bonuses contributed by speakers and marketing partners).

As a speaker, you’ll register as an affiliate. Then, when you promote the summit using your unique affiliate link, you’ll earn a 30% commission on every sale made through your referral—plus, enjoy a higher, 40% commission rate if you contribute to the bundle!

10% of our attendees upgraded their tickets in past events

Each year, we pay out thousands of dollars in commissions to our summit speakers. With an average customer order value of $66, speakers earned an average commission of $23 per sale.

Additionally, with the right audience alignment and promotional strategy, commissions can easily climb into the four-figure range when you factor in post-summit sales of our signature course, the Crochetpreneur Business Academy.

The All-Access Pass and Crochet Biz Power Bundle are offered using a three-tier pricing structure:

  • Fast Action Price: Available for 20 minutes immediately upon registration.
  • Early Bird Price: Offered during the promotional period, ending the night before the summit begins.
  • Regular Price: Available throughout the summit and until Tuesday, March 17.

All-Access Pass

  • Priced at $29 (you earn $8.70 – $11.60)
  • Priced at $49 (you earn $14.70 – $19.60)
  • Priced at $69 (you earn $20.70 – $27.60)

Crochet Biz Power Bundle

  • Priced at $59 (you earn $17.70 – $23.60)
  • Priced at $99 (you earn $29.70 – $39.60)
  • Priced at $129 (you earn $38.70 – $51.60)

Upsell Options

  • We have multiple bump options priced between $19 – $39. Your commission rate for product bumps is 30%.
  • Over 30% of our buyers add at least one upsell option to their order

Post-Summit Offers

  • We will be launching our signature course at the end of the summit.
  • Average commissions for enrollment range from $14.10 monthly or $147 annually for recurring membership. And $348.95 for lifetime enrollment. See this link for details.

Fill out a basic information / onboarding form and contract (should take you about 10 minutes to complete)

 

Submit a 15-25 minute pre-recorded presentation on a topic that we agree upon

  • Optionally, contribute a resource to the Crochet Biz Power Bundle for higher ticket upgrade commissions and schedule a live Q+A            with our summit attendees inside the attendee Facebook group.

 

Participate in our promotional period by sharing the summit with your audience (via email, social media, wherever you usually interact with your audience)

Guaranteed $100 speaker stipend

Affiliate commissions of 30 – 40% on summit upgrades and 35% on CBA enrollments

Speaker Bonus Pool – 6% of summit profits will be set aside and distributed among speakers who:  send at least 2 summit-specific emails to their list and post at least 2 social media posts linking to the registration page (with your affiliate link). This bonus is performance and contribution-based and the amount distributed depends on the gross profits of the upgraded summit registrations and the number of eligible speakers.

Crochet Business Summit Presentation Guidelines

You've probably got some questions...

There are several ways that you can record your presentation. Create a slide deck. Use a screen recording tool. You can record using Quicktime Player, Camtasia, OBS, loom, or use any software that records your screen. 

If you’re prefer your presentation to be interview style with Pam, please send an email to [email protected] to discuss and schedule a time for recording.

You must deliver your presentation to Teri by February 18th. She will send you an upload link once we have your basic information. Please be in touch beforehand if, for some reason, this is not possible for you. 

Upload your presentation somewhere (Google Drive, DropBox, Vimeo) and make sure that you’ve enabled downloads. Submit your presentation through this link.

We’ve changed up to format for the summit in 2026. Instead of launching presentations throughout the day, we’ll make each day’s sessions all go live at 6am MT/8am ET. 

On the day of your presentation, you’re welcome to host a live Q+A session inside the attendee Facebook group. You can use this link to schedule that live session.

This is a great way to build rapport with the community and ensure that your message packs value.

The Crochet Business Summit thrives because it’s a true collaboration.

Our team handles the strategy, logistics, and attendee experience, and we ask speakers to partner with us by providing a strong presentation and sharing the event with their audience. When everyone participates, the summit grows, reaches more business owners, and creates greater impact for all speakers.

Speakers who send two summit-specific emails and make two promotional posts linking to the registration page during February 25–March 10 will be included in the Speaker Bonus Pool (see details above).

The promo period starts on February 25th and continues through March 10th.

Step 1

Fill out basic info form!

We will send you a speaker onboarding form. We ask that you complete this as soon as possible. We will ask you to provide your social links, headshot, your presentation title and description and some other minor details.


Step 2

Record & Submit your presentation by February 18th

Your presentation should be 15-25 minutes long and should be pre-recorded. We will ask for you to adhere to our presentation guidelines (see below). Once your presentation is recorded, submit the presentation (by the due date). 


Step 3

Sign up for the affiliate program and plan your promotion

We will provide you with promotional graphics, pre-written email and social media swipe copy, the whole 9 yards. Be sure to grab your affiliate link and use it when planning your promo.


Step 4

Promote the summit during the promotional window Feb 25th – March 10th, 2026

In the promotional period, plan to share the summit via email and social media using your affiliate link!


Step 5

Get Paid!

Payout day is March 31st. At that time, we will pay your $100 speaker stipend, commission for any summit ticket upgrades that you refer using your affiliate link, commissions for Crochetpreneur Business Academy enrollments using your link (this is automatically linked to your summit affiliate link and payouts may be ongoing if enrollees chose a recurring membership), and any earned payouts from the Speaker Bonus Pool (see above for details).
