Tuula is a YouTuber and crochet designer based in Finland. She spends several months each year living and working in new destinations, embracing the “slomad” form of digital nomad lifestyle, extended stays in one place. This approach allows her to explore new locations while running her crochet business remotely. Tuula is trained as a textile designer and digital media teacher and has combined those skills to run a fully online crochet business. As a young adult, she lived in several European countries for 15 years and after a long career as a teacher wanted to get back to the travelling lifestyle. She now balances travel times with time spent in Finland where she has a family of three grown daughters and five grandchildren.
